The William Penn PTO provides the school community with a number of programs and events designed to enrich the elementary school experience for both students and families.

Halloween Parade and Classroom Parties

Families are welcome to come to the school to watch the parade which will begin at 2:15pm on Thursday October 31st on the playground at the back of William Penn. Should the weather not hold up outside, the parade will be held inside. There is no need for families, outside of the classroom volunteers, to come into the building. All visitors will sign in at the podium at the front of the school and then proceed to the back of the school.
The students will do 3 laps around the playground, then students will line up by their teacher and group photos can be taken. Halloween classroom parties will start immediately following the parade.
**AM Kindergarten ONLY**
The parade will be at 10:45am. Families are welcome to come to the school to watch the parade on the playground at the back of William Penn. The AM Kindergarten class will take a group photo and will head back into the classwork with the volunteers for the classroom party around 11:00am.
